- Generation 19a€“64 several years with chronic medical conditions (persistent heart [excluding hypertension], lung, or the liver problem, all forms of diabetes), alcoholism, or using tobacco: 1 amount PPSV23
- Era 19 age or elderly with immunocompromising conditions (congenital or got immunodeficiency [including B- and T-lymphocyte deficiency, complete deficiencies, phagocytic symptoms, HIV infection], long-term renal problem, nephrotic symptoms, leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin infection, generalized malignancy, iatrogenic immunosuppression [e.g., medication or radiation therapy], solid body organ transplant, many myeloma) or anatomical or functional asplenia (most notably sickle cell infection along with other hemoglobinopathies): 1 serving PCV13 with 1 dosage PPSV23 at least 2 months after, then another measure PPSV23 around 5 years after preceding PPSV23; at the age of 65 decades or some older, manage 1 dose PPSV23 no less than 5 years after current PPSV23 (note: just one amount PPSV23 ideal at age 65 decades or earlier)
- Years 19 decades or more mature with cerebrospinal matter drip or cochlear implant: 1 serving PCV13 followed closely by 1 amount PPSV23 at the very least 2 months eventually; at the age of 65 a very long time or more aged, execute another amount PPSV23 a minimum of five years after PPSV23 (observe: only one dosage PPSV23 ideal at the age of 65 decades or more mature)
